At Ms. Kitty’s Animal Sanctuary, every cat deserves love, safety, and a second chance. But running a cat sanctuary takes more than just good intentions—it takes a community of dedicated supporters. Whether you have time to volunteer or want to contribute financially, your help makes a real difference in the lives of rescue cats.

Why Your Help Matters

Every cat that arrives at the sanctuary has a story. Some have been abandoned, others were born as strays, and some were rescued from dangerous situations. With the right care, love, and medical attention, these cats can find their forever homes. But we can’t do it alone. That’s where you come in!

Ways to Help Through Volunteering

Giving your time is one of the most rewarding ways to support the sanctuary. Here are a few ways you can get involved:

🐾 Daily Care & Socialization – Help feed, clean, and socialize the cats to prepare them for adoption. Even a few minutes of playtime can make a big difference in their happiness!

🐾 Fostering – Some cats need extra care before they’re ready for adoption. Providing a temporary home can be life-changing for a rescue cat.

🐾 Fundraising & Events – Whether it's organizing a bake sale, hosting an online fundraiser, or helping with adoption events, your efforts bring in the resources we need to care for our cats.

🐾 Photography & Storytelling – A good photo and a heartwarming story can help a cat find a forever home. If you love photography or writing, you can help showcase our rescues online.

🐾 Shelter Maintenance – Cleaning, organizing supplies, and helping with small repairs ensure the sanctuary remains a safe and welcoming space for our cats.

Donations: Every Dollar Counts

If you can’t volunteer, donating is another powerful way to help. Your contributions go directly toward food, medical care, and shelter improvements.

💛 $10 – Provides a week’s worth of meals for a cat.

💛 $25 – Covers basic vaccinations for a rescue cat.

💛 $50 – Funds a spay/neuter procedure to prevent more homeless kittens.

💛 $100+ – Supports emergency medical care for injured or sick cats.

We also accept in-kind donations, such as:

✔️ Cat food (wet & dry)

✔️ Litter & litter boxes

✔️ Blankets & bedding

✔️ Toys & scratching posts

✔️ Cleaning supplies

Spread the Word!

Even if you can’t volunteer or donate, you can still help by sharing our mission! Follow us on social media, share our adoption posts, and tell your friends about the sanctuary. The more people who know about our work, the more cats we can save.

Join Us in Making a Difference

No effort is too small when it comes to saving lives. Whether you volunteer, donate, or simply spread the word, you’re helping give rescue cats a second chance.
