Mission

At Ms. Kitty's Animal Sanctuary, our monthly spay and neuter clinic is more than just a service—it's a vital component of our mission. Our goal is simple yet profound: to reduce pet overpopulation and alleviate the suffering of homeless animals by providing accessible and affordable sterilization services. Through our clinic, we aim to promote responsible pet ownership, improve animal welfare, and create a more sustainable future for cats and their communities. By spaying and neutering cats, we not only prevent the birth of unwanted litters but also contribute to the overall health and well-being of individual animals. Together, with the support of our dedicated team and compassionate volunteers, we strive to make a lasting impact and create a world where every cat has the opportunity to live a happy and healthy life.

Vision

Our vision for the spay and neuter clinic at Ms. Kitty's Animal Sanctuary is rooted in compassion, sustainability, and community. We envision a future where every cat has access to high-quality sterilization services, regardless of their circumstances. Through our clinic, we aim to create a community where pet overpopulation is a thing of the past, where every cat has a loving home, and where shelters are no longer overcrowded with homeless animals. We aspire to be a beacon of hope and progress in the fight against pet overpopulation, paving the way for a more humane and responsible approach to animal welfare. Together, we believe that by spaying and neutering cats, we can build a brighter future for both animals and the communities they call home.

Success

In 2023, our spay and neuter clinic at Ms. Kitty's Animal Sanctuary achieved remarkable success, thanks to the generous support of Fix GA Pets and our own fundraising efforts. We were able to perform a total of 276 surgeries, effectively curbing pet overpopulation and promoting responsible pet ownership in our community. As a result of these efforts, we also celebrated 248 adoptions, providing loving forever homes to countless cats who had previously faced uncertain futures. This incredible achievement underscores the impact of collaboration and dedication in creating positive change for animals in need. We're immensely grateful to Fix GA Pets and FUR (Felines Under Rescue) for their invaluable support and to everyone who contributed to this success. Here's to many more years of making a difference together!
